Default Installed test pipe

I bought a Invidia test pipe from a member on the forums. It was in good shape and he said it had the CEL fix on it. However, after about 10 minutes of driving a CEL came on. Is there anyway to turn it off?

You can turn it off if you have non OEM EMS.

Try using another spark plug anti-fouled. I used two and mine and no CEL. I didn't even bother using one.

use a code reader to pull the code and then erase it, mine did it 2-3 times in 200 miles, and then only 1 more time in the next 15,000 miles

Don't the Invidia's have the built in CEL fix? Any who, you have an 00' so it shouldn't be the picky. I have a Berk testpipe and no CEL for almost 2 years now.

You need the code before assuming it's the test pipe.

I have the Invidia 70mm Test Pipe with CEL fix on MY03 like the previous user said get a couple non-foulers from kragen (its like $4) but if you do that you need to drill out the one you are going to screw the o2 sensor into with a 1/2" drillbit. Or you can buy them for $8-15 on ebay

It came on after installing the test pipe.

So? It could be a lean code, not a secondary o2 fault. Just goto a local auto parts store and ask them to read the code for you. Its free and takes less than 3 minutes from walk in to drive off.

^or just search for the paperclip trick and pull the code yourself.
