Hey guys, Im a new s2000 owner as of yesterday and im looking into ordering a new intake...Ive seen aem cai, the injen cai, and the comptech carbon fiber airbox...From what ive heard the comptech is the best, what do you guys think ?

 

Check out the K&N aircharger, it comes with a heat shield but do not know how effective it will be. Have not seen a Dyno but claim is 8-10 hp and 10 ft/lbs tq.

 

Get the Comptech. Its easy to install, sounds great, no chance of hydrolock, and no cutting. I think the K&N in very pricey if that matters.....it my not.

Its sounds deep. You'll like it more and more as it breaks in.

 

darkknight1999, is it true that the Comptech CAI makes the hood difficult to close? Some say that they can't get the hood to close all the way.

 

darkknight, how much power is claimed or actually increased with this Comptech cold air intake?
