Damn. Then it's not the TPS. Kind of makes sense because they rarely ever go bad. Is there anything else you've tried?

I had a similar issue awhile back and it ended up being my MAP sensor. You can get them cheap, may as well give it a try.

Should this symptom(s) generate some sort of CEL code?

Thanks!

Sorry I keep forgetting to check this post, I thought I had alerts set up. But, yes I bought a MAP sensor from hardtopguy, and the map sensor tsp zip tie. Still didn't work or help.

I'm at a complete loss.

Yes, I've tried IACV (idle air), MAP sensor, replaced injector seals cause one was bad (it helped but didn't completely stop the problem), and cleaned the throttle body fuel induction service.

No it does not.

Thanks!
Thank you everyone for your replies. I'm not sure what to do anymore.

Electrical connections to battery clean and tight? All ground points good? Battery is healthy?

This video may help. You can bypass the CEL portion, in the beginning.

Update: I've tried everything and I had a buddy tell me to try a new fuel pump considering the age of the car and the symptoms.

I got myself a AEM fuel pump. The car runs better, it doesn't shut off as often but still shuts off randomly.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I'm at my wits end I have no idea what to do anymore. At some point I might just have the engine rebuilt or something. Not sure where to go from here.

Have you ever run a heavy-duty aftermarket clutch pressure plate?

Thanks!

I run the Stock disc, HD ACT PP and ACT race flywheel combo. I don't believe this is the culprit only because this issue was happening before I installed this clutch.
