Have you made the car clutch-start override?

Maybe run an oil analysis? Just to be sure, it's not a thrust-bearing issue.

Step one is to monitor the STFT, to determine if a rich or lean condition is causing it to stall.

Rebuilding the engine will not change anything.

Yes, the car starts without the clutch depressed.

The short term fuel trim (STFT) refers to immediate changes in fuel occurring several times per second.
