Have you made the car clutch-start override?

Maybe run an oil analysis? Just to be sure, it's not a thrust-bearing issue.

Step one is to monitor the STFT, to determine if a rich or lean condition is causing it to stall.

Rebuilding the engine will not change anything.

Yes, the car starts without the clutch depressed.
