Yes I did put brand new set of coils 25k miles ago. I'm certain the coil pack went bad as replacing it fixed the issue, which is odd as they weren't that old. So for anything that runs across this thread in a search, it is very possible coil packs can be the issue even if they were recently changed.

Did you replace your packs 25k miles ago with Honda/Denso OEM, or aftermarket?

Also, did you use the correct coil pack for your year (2000-2005 coil packs are interchangeable, and 2006+ are not).
