Default Invidia exhaust without the midpipe

Just wondering... if i just put the axelback piece on (no test or midpipe), will it eliminate the drone?? I'm hoping this will give me a good look and sound without the headache.

I also see that a few people replace only the mufflers. Anybody want to share some experiences with that? Are there any other inexpensive ways to make the sound more distinct without sacraficing comfort?

the drone is a bit loud.. you can use the silencers .... get another exhaust, or aternativley have your stock b-pipe cut and flanged, and use that, it will prevent the drone because the resonator.
