Default Invidia Drone

Well after some thought I decided to purchase the Invidia rather than spend double or more for the J's dual or Amuse. Just as expected the drone is ridiculously loud. Either tomorrow or this weekend I'm going to install the stock resonator. If anyone is interested I'll post up pics and a video once it's done..

I have a invidia testpipe sitting in my garage , do you think it will help with the drone , i dont want 2 buy an exhaust and then cut it up , but i really like the look of this exhaust . get back 2 me -Adam

Test pipe will help the drone. Its still there but more bearable. The loudness...now thats a different story.

is the stock piping/resonator the same size as the invidia one?

if not, why not get an aftermarket resonator?

I've hade my Invidia since November and it was loud to start, but after 6mo or so it wears in and it's really not so loud unless you want it to be. If it still annoys you in 6mo do a resonated tp.

No reason to get your panties in a bunch.

Or experiencing hearing loss

I too have the Invidia and yes the droan was pretty bad. I have since added the Megan resonated test pipe and love the noise that it makes now. I don't know if you will have the same results with the straight test pipe though. Good luck

The interior drone is rediculious. I rode in my friends S and I had to shout to talk to him. If you are doing a lot of highway miles or as a daily driver, I wouldn't recommend it.

I love the look and the tone note and the price!, but I can't handle the droning.
