Default Issues after AP1 Retainer swap

Hello,

Recently, I performed a retainer swap on my ap1, adjusted the valves and changed out the spark plugs with new oem parts. After putting the car back together and getting no OBS codes or errors on start up, I am now realizing the car is louder, makes less power and the rattling sound coming from the engine bay is very loud.
Below is a link to 8 seconds of the engine idling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to check before I did the work, and the sound comes from the right side of the engine very loudly.

passenger side? Have you checked your oil level or TCT tensioner?

Yes, oil level is good at about 5 quarts, and TCT is fine.

Common mistakes made with valve adjust that you used Inches Instead MM or you swapped intake and exhaust measurements. Possible you might of done so?

Just checked, I used mm and I used the correct measurements for intake and exhaust.

If your valve clearances are correct, I'd double-check that all of your retainers have both keepers in them.
I'd also check that your rocker pins are all in place, which might be tough without pulling the cams back out.
This would give you a chance to make sure your cam caps aren't cracked, and are torqued back down properly.

Start with these things.
