Default J's racing 70rs install help

So I have tried searching the forums and have had no luck. I bought a used J's Racing 70rs Single. It did not come with any hardware. No gaskets. I am wondering if it is okay to reuse the stock gasket if it is in alright condition or if I can buy a stock replacement. The stock cat is staying in. The local autoparts store has new gaskets for the stock replacement but they do not have anything with a 70mm opening with the same bolt distances. So can I bolt my 70rs exhuast into the stock cat with stock gasket? I hope that makes sense
Thanks
Shobby

You can use the stock gasket, but if your local place sells the same replacement for cheap you should get one. Since its stock cat is staying in the size wont be an issue

Install went okay. Couple hiccups. I broke a bolt. And the gasket wasn't the tight one. And when I pulled my pipes off there was no gasket even there. So I through the 70rs on and tightened to two bolts and am waiting until tomorrow to deal with the broken Bolt. Has anyone else taken off their cat back and found no gasket? The guyd at the auto parts store said they don't even have one in their system

Berk will have a 70mm gasket.. There shouldn't be metal to metal contact. There should always be a gasket as it's almost impossible to mate flanges completely flush.

If a bolt broke, depending the situation and how it broke you probably will need to drill it out.

the factory exhaust has a gasket ring on it that is not the same as aftermarket exhaust systems.
