well, i found out the resonator is the part that is rattling. but i heard that is a key part for the hp on the exhaust. so i dont know what to do...remove the resonator? get it fixed? but how. can someone fill me on this...thanks

 

Are you sure it's the resonator? I have the stainless/ti single, and when I had the safety springs on I would hear a rattle at 4000-6000 rpm. Since taking them off, no more rattling.

 

mine rattles at like 500 rpms to 1000 rpms. at 4000 to 5000 rpms i dont hear shit

 

talk to punisher on the board he had some kinda problem wiht his exhaust and he got replace/fixed through jic

you're hearing the springs for the muffler.

 

i got a little high temp wrap and put it around the springs, no more rattle. had same exhaust, should have come with it, i bet everyone has the same rattle.
