Unhappy Just changed clutch

Any suggestions on a good thread for a new clutch adjustment procedure?
I just installed a new gripforce clutch from F1. Seems like it's gonna be a good clutch, but on my initial test drive it's grabby and likes to stall. I have a feeling a bleed of the clutch system might help, but have never done one on an S. Looking for some advice/procedure.

Thanks in advance folks!!!

-Chris

It's on the tranny on the left side near the fill plug.

I CONNECTED it alright.... just didn't get it to "click" all the way. Niiiiiice.

Now, how's about that adjustment thread, anyone? I can tell the clutch is gonna rock already. Just need to get all of the settings in order. Thinking I might need to bleed the clutch line.

it's grabby and likes to stall because you are probably not giving enough gas/letting clutch out to fast. :-) That's why you got the upgraded clutch right? Quicker engagement etc.

Here's a more involved master replacement, but it has the steps you need to bleed properly.

Actually the upgrade was based on the fact that the eight year old clutch was a GONER! I was hoping for a similar feel to the original, but no such luck. Regardless, it has a tenancy to want to stall, and feels like there's a pretty good shake when it first starts to grab. Is that just a wear in issue? After it grabs and you start to go, it feels fine and the shake subsides.

no the vibration is considered normal operation for beefier clutches.. some even say it in the description. what type of clutch plate did you put in there? street and strip type or puck disk? it's stalling simply because it has more grab than your OG clutch and you just haven't gotten used to it.. That's what it sounds like. I stalled 5 times on the same street the day I put my new clutch in, it seems likely that you are experiencing the same thing.

You disconnected a bunch of things, dropped the transmission, replaced the clutch, reinstalled the transmission, hooked the bunch of things back up, but need step-by-step instructions to bleed the hydraulics?

Hey, cut a guy some slack! I was figuring that some of you more experienced clutch changing gurus just might have some extra special pointers and such! I've done a couple clutches in my time. And I had the great instructions that were posted on here to work with. But, I can't say I'm an expert myself. So I thought I'd better ask before I want and did it the wrong way.

Hmm. Gotcha. Well, regardless, the clutch pedal still feels REALLY odd. Nothing like it did with the OEM clutch.
