Default Just replaced air filter

1) Just curious when most of you have changed out yout stock air filter? I have 19k on my s2k, and just changed it. When is the recommened time to change it normally?

2) The new air filter has a super strong smell to it, like Chloroseptic mouth spray almost. I thought this was a little funny.

Both engine and cabin air filters: 30k miles

I do annual cleaning both filters with shop-vac.

Yes, the stock air filter has a strong smell to it. Not sure what it is either.

The OEM air filter is oiled, whatever oil Honda uses has a funky odor.
