Symptoms are: Key will go in, but will NOT turn forward at all.
The problem started a month ago, i had to play with the key in and out the ignition and was able to start the car but now it take me up to 20min hehe.
I tried grease, i try the 3 keys i have, nothing work....

whats the cheapest way to fix that ??

My BB6 Prelude was doing this. The slots in the centers of the waffers in the tumbler get worn down from the key sliding in and out of them. I disassembled the ignition tumbler and filed down the outsides of the waffers that were not retracting into position fully when the key was inserted. I would imagine you could get new waffers from a locksmith or have a locksmith do the whole thing for you.

mechanical ignition switch is going bad/worn. do you have many keys on your key ring? I keep minimal keys to help keep excess weight off the ignition. Might be able to get a locksmith to "rebuild" it. I had this happen to one of my other cars
