I have a knocking noise that sounds like its coming from the front, drivers side of my car. I can't really pin point an exact moment when it does but it does do it when I back in and out of driveways, when I brake and take off, and then just on random occurences. Help please!

Maybe you need a valve adjustment.

 

its not an engine sound.
