Sounds like maybe piston slap or rod knock. Try pulling each coil lead, one-by-one, and see if the noise changes.

Another option is to buy a stethoscope and pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

I have a stethoscope, but the sound is scattered, I can hear it mostly down low, but even if I put it on the valve cover, it can also be heard

Because an oil cap bouncing around the transmission tunnel can make random tapping noises.
