I would take it some place or remove it and take it to a machine shop and have them press it out. If not I have a speacial tool called the hub tammer, and if you live in Cali I could help.

Honda says that i messed up my rear Knuckle, how do you replace it and what is it?....some people say it's also known as a tie bar.... i am not the best mechanic,(i think i can thou ) can i do this or should i take it to Honda
if it is the rear tie bar....I swapped mine with a Spoon one, Hardtopguy sells Comptech rear tie bars for $140....it's 10 minute swap...get under the car, pull out the bolts holding the oem one (which is about a 1.5' (something like that) long and is u-shaped....the after market ones are typically solid

It wouldn't be a tie BAR, but a tie ROD. The tie rod is forward of the control arms and is used to set the toe for the tire.
