Default Kodokan Seat locks problem

Look for someone in the OC area to help me out with this problem I have. I recently purchased a Honda S2000 and the previous owners lost the locks. How could I possibly get the screws out and does anyone by any chance have this lock I may borrow/pay to use to take out the locks.

For everyone's sake, if there's in fact a solution to this problem other than referring him to Kodokan, I would advise AGAINST making it public.

Clearly, the solution is that you need a new car. I can take that one off your hands at no charge.
