let it idle untill the thermostat opens, and then add more coolant, and there is a bleeder screw that u can take out and when coolant comes out of it then all the air is out. s2000 is a pain in the ass to bleed. U just got to keep tryin

there is a bleeder bolt at the right front of your valve cover intake manifold side.
with the engine running, loosen the the screw very slow and let the coolant bubble out until there is a steady stream with no bubbles. Make sure the car is up to temp (fan cycled a couple times). It actually looks more like a bolt with a nipple or hole in the center of it.

If you are using the oem radiator cap off your honda on the koyo it is the WRONG cap to use, you will need a new one, do a search on koyo and it will tell you which type to use, I can't remember off the top of my head.

Quick search says you need a Type F cap, think the oem is a Type D.

Also keep an eye on your fan switch if you didn't put a new rubber seal on it, they are prone to leaking there.
