Is launching bad?

bad advice in my opinion. for someone, like me, who does not do such launches, if ANYTHING is slightly resembling excessive wear when they do my TSB's, I will be denied warranty claims and will pay the entire cost of parts and labor out of my own pocket because of too many people like you who constantly perform such actions.
yes, it will hurt the car, yes, it will decrease the reliability in the tranny/clutch/differential. if you do it, well... no one is stopping you, just keep it to yourself.

I don't do 7000rpm launching at all. (i never launching over 3000rpm)
in my opinion launching at high rpm is not a good thing, unless you want to replace clutch and rear tires very often.

This issue really aggrevates me.
Has anyone ever seen Honda advertise that the car can do 0-60 MPH in less than 6 seconds?
And how are you suppost to accomplish that without launching the car?
