losing miles per gallon
i just put 10 dollars in my tank and drove about 80 miles today. i use to be able to get more then 1 day on 10 dollars a gallon.. does a dirty air filter decrease the mpg. my ap2 has 16k on it and i havent change the air filter yet.. any other reason why im losing mpg

Until you do the math to figure actual MPG you are guessing.
1.Fill up tank.... not 10$
2. reset trip meter
3. Drive until fuel tank low
4. Fill tank again. Not 10$
5.Look at trip meter, record miles travelled.
6. Buy a calculator with your spare 10$
7. Use this equation to figure MPG
Miles travelled from step 5 divided by gallons purchased from step 4 = Actual MPG.
For example, 260 miles travelled and you filled up with 10 gallons, = 26 MPG
