one other informative thing to ask.
How much KW is your car declared in you car license?
Typical European is 177KW -240Ps and Japanese one i think is 184KW-250ps.
Which one you have?
I think our cars have 11.1 compression ratio and your has 11.7
So petrol could be the issue,
All in all i have used (Fuchs) Silkolene Pro boost which comes in 1liter cans and its a European brand so you should find it.
I was very happy with it and you can find internet unbiased report-test that this one smoothes out the power curve and torque as on powerful Japanese cars try to look it up.

IMHO you should be running 98 octane all the time, I think thats what your owners manual calls for, yeah it will run on 95 but not right. When you run 95 the engine knocks, the ECU pulls timing so it doesn't knock, in a very hot climate the intake air temp goes up the ECU pulls more timing and now the engine doesn't have enough timing to run properly. IMHO you should try 98 octane for at least 4 tankfulls and give the ECU time to adjust

IMHO the CAI will help also, keep us updated

I will definetly keep updating,

Like i said i did try 98 , 100 octanes before but not continously, bcoz the station which has 98 is far away and it's in South Cyprus, Greek part of the country, i have to cross borders to get 98 each time so i couldnt continously use it.

What you said makes sense, i know we have a learning ECU and my car is a JDM model, so maybe the ECU just needs to run on 98+ for a longer time. I will do that, it's gonna cost me coz a full tank of 98+ costs

Somehow, I seem to have missed this in all your previous posts. Or I've forgotten. I believe the JDM engine runs a slightly higher compression and thus, good, high octane fuel is much more important. Run your "old" gas down as low as you can, refuel with known good, high octane gas and manually reset the ECU so it begins to learn faster.
In N. America, we normally run at least 91 octane. If we consistently ran 89 or 87 octane, our cars may very well feel like yours has been. This is just a guess.

Thanks, i think the octane ratings are a bit different in US than here, ,
i think your 91 is our 95 and your 95 is our 98+,
not sure about how different it is.

Thanks.

Yup, I realize the octane ratings are different from here to there. My point was that you should be using the appropriate fuel and if you are not sure about the quality of your gas, then you may have to go with the highest octane you can get just to eliminate the fuel as the problem. All this time, it could be something as simple as this and getting your ECU to start learning faster.

I know, guess i'll be using 98+ all the time after i have my car back. Another thing is, just 2 days before i had the accident i chekced my spark plugs and they were like really black, mech said change them right away, and it's only been like 7k kms since the last change!!

I use Greddy Iridiums. What do you think?

Are you using the stock heat range? How many miles on your stock factory plugs? I would put them back in until your problems are found

It sounds like you are going to be doing some modding, I recomend you only make one change at a time. Some mods work well some don't, if you do three mods and have trouble it will be hard to tell which one is giving trouble.

I also have found it easier to find mysterious problems when everything is as close to factory stock as possible.

Just some thoughts.........Pete

P.s. I would use the 100 octane until the problems are located.

Changing the spark plugs to Greddy was only to see what difference it would make about the problem. I was running the stock ones (Honda) and had this problem, i switched to Greddy, than back to stock ones, than greddy again, (everytime new plugs). Did not help at all. Plugs i use have the heat range same as the stock ngk ones Honda use. Greddy ones are made by ngk too. I dont remember but i think it was 7? i might be wrong i have to check. Stock ones, i used them for like 10k kms, the Greddy ones i used around 7k kms, no difference but i'm wondering why they turned black so quickly! If there wasnt anything wrong with the engine than the plugs should have lasted like 50,000 kms or something right?
