Default Lost Motion Assembly

Does anyone know where to get these at? I looked on majestic and I cant seem to find them.

These motors still do have these right? I have a tick in my engine I cant seem to get rid of. Had 3 mechanics look at it and they are scratching there head, 2 of which work for honda and one actually owns an s2000. One actually checked the valve adjustment for me and they were a tad off. Had it set to the tighter end of the scale (.10 for exhaust, .8 for intake). I know these are noisey motors but I was just curious. Thought it was actually crank walk (now i am doubting it, measured and it was within spec). Did all sorts of things to figure it out! All of them say it sounds like it could be coming from the head. Could just be me, but I'd like to go ahead and price them out. Possibly replace when I replace intake retainers.

Anyone have any other suggestions on what might make this tick?

I do have one injector that ticks louder than the other ones. I just put a screwdriver to it and I can actually feel it ticking without putting my ear to it. Its on cylinder #1. Would it be loud enough for me to notice it over the engine? Something tells me I should just put the wrench down and just enjoy the car. But god its annoying! Thanks!

Part number 10.

Are you sure it's the lost motion parts?

I'm not sure if what I'm about to suggest is a valid test, but did you try taking off the oil cap with the engine running to see if you can hear the sound better?
If it is valve train noise, my intuition is that one would be able to hear it more with the oil cap off.

(CAUTION: Some oil will be flung out by the cam shaft with the oil cap off)

I am confident the lost motion springs, nor the middle VTEC (lost motion) rocker are your problem.

Thanks. Yeah I have never heard them being a problem in this engine. The guy who suggested it had a b series engine. Mostly just wanted to price them out for my own curiosity. Id offer to post a video but it sounds just the same as my "crankwalk" thread. Its definitely engine. Is there any other way I can narrow down the suspect without ripping the motor apart? The engine is really "buzzy" when driving. The tick is constant throughout the rpm range.

Like I said before. Valves adjusted, billmans^^ tct, one mechanic said the oil pressure was within spec (didnt give me a number though which bothers me..), rod bearings good, cylinder walls good, compression good, no cels.. Cant think of anything else that might be doing this! I was thinking exhaust leak (I have a test pipe with a makeshift gasket) and the header was recently taken off to work on clutch (stock header, no heat shield). I see no obvious signs of a exhaust leak, infact burnt my leg looking under neath the car to feel for one. hmm..
