My car has been parked for a few weeks, after picking it up today and going for a drive it seems to have developed a loud noise under deceleration, mostly at higher rpm's.

Loose heat shield somewhere?

 

I've had this noise before and I always thought it was just extreme clutch buzz. It happens rarely to me. What is your clutch setup and what year is your car?

 

2002 with 100k miles, Factory clutch set up.

 

I dont know that the clutch buzz just develops out of nowhere, especially with a 2002, I would have expected Honda to have resolved the issue by then. Does it go away as soon as you press the gas?

 

I have the same symptoms and I believe it is just extreme clutch buzz. Model year 2000.

 

I recently started experiencing the similar (as it seems from your youtube video) kind of extreme rattle when lifting off from higher revs too. I do have the "regular" clutch buzz when decelerating from 4,000rpm, this is difference, it happens at higher revs and much much louder and shaky. Could it be Timing Chain Tensioner?
