Default Loud vibration, unknown. Help please!

Anyone know what this is? I had this problem when I was NA and had a stock exhaust set up and it's still happening, but with a turbo. I would get this massive vibration at 3600-4000 RPMs, but more at 4000 RPMs.

All bolts are tightened down and there are no pipes rubbing against each other anymore nor is the downpipe touching the frame. Turbo and such has less than 200 miles on it, so I'm sure it's not that. The downpipe however, has all this vibration from it.

Mounts are tightened down and exhaust hangers are functional and not broken.

Any thoughts? Here's a video clip, thanks anyone for your input and/or same experiences! CLick 1080p for better sound!

Just removed the heatshield from underneath the car. Didn't resolve anything.

Vibration seems to fluctuate between 4k and 3.5k. It changes.

You have a cracked/loose/thin vibrating piece of metal somewhere.

I assure you once you touch it with a screwdriver while it is making noise, it will stop.

Gotcha, have some more digging to do then. Going to check out the exhaust hangars. That seems to be one of the only things that I didn't replace when I went turbo. Had to have been on the car when I was NA as well since it made the same noise.

Do you have any idea where I should look Billman?

Found this yesterday. Could this be the cause of it? I took a pry bar and wedged it between the turbo and the valve cover and it went away. But here's what I found.
