low compression numbers in cylnder #2

Default low compression numbers in cylnder #2

So did a compression test today got 240,220,240,240 dry test, 240,240,240,240 wet test! should i replace the motor? re-build the bottom end? bummed!! Oh yea she smokes on accel "black somke". comsume alott of oil but when i'd replaced the pcv valve and changed to dino oil, not a drop! been keeping a eye on it. looking for my fellow s2k's advice...HELP Pls
