Since my car is going into the shop for possible suspension damage, I was thinking about lowering the car fairly soon. I'm going to keep the oem shocks and just go with some springs, but need some recommendations on what you guys have had positive or negative experiences with. I don't really want to lower the car more than 1 inch, so I don't know if that helps any. Eibach pro kits came to mind and any other suggestions woud be helpful. Thank you.

KG/MM Sports would probably suit you well...I believe its a .75" drop or 15mm.

Tein springs have a good drop and are very cheap right now too.

not to hijack your thread, but in a related question. after lowering, do you need to get an alignment done on your car?
