I agree with the others, as summarized by Reckon.

You should also put some vinyl top conditioner on the convertable top, and apply some Shin-Itzu grease (available at Honda stores) to the window/door/trunkseals, they're probably very dry right now.

As for the blinker fluid...don't know what to say ;-)

Is the top vinyl or cloth? Also, I have Shin-Itzu grease as it is one of the better treatments for the door seal creak on my former LS430.

Vinyl unless it has been replaced with an aftermarket cloth top.

Even with only 6K it has been up to 9 years. The oil does need to be changed over time.

This is probably the most important fluid in the vehicle. Well, that and VTEC grease. Without it, this car wouldn't be as fun.

Congrats on the S. Best color, too

1. I bought an 04 with 8745 miles on it three years ago; 6 yrs. old at time of purchase; paid $18,455. Much like your scenario.
2. The dealer had changed oil w/Mobil 1, I changed the transmission oil, and the diff. oil as well.
3. After a year, I changed the clutch/brake fluid, would have done it earlier if I would have known that it was advisable.
4. After I had nearly 40k miles on it in 2.5 yrs., I changed out the radiator fluid; I wasn't too paranoid about changing that out too early since Honda recommends it at 100k or 10 yrs.; I did it at 40k and 8 yrs.
5. I used 303 Protectant (bought it online) on the vinyl top (Ragtop is good also), and on the dash and interior, even the seats, after I use a leather treatment on them; the grease recommended I use on all the rubber seals.
6. Relax, don't get too bugged out by it, your car will be fine!

I also use the 303 Fabric Protectant. It's the best I have used.It kept my old top looking great and works well on the new Robbins top.Sheds water like a duck.
