Default manual tranny fluid

im changing my clutch and flywheel what kind of tranny fluid should i use? and should i also change my pressure plate also? thanks

YES to the pressure plate and don't forget the throw out bearing. If you are going to the trouble to tear it apart, it doesn't make any sense not to change ALL of the wear items while you are there. I speak from experience. A lot of people like to use Honda's MTF. Others use Redline or GM Synchromesh. The Honda MTF is probably the safest bet.

You are gonna have a fresh mating surface with the new flywheel, the right way to do it is the PP too. Do a search on the MTF, there are many good choices including the Honda stuff.
