Default Map Light will not work

Hello, the map light works when you unlock the car, open the door, and move the switch to the right(or left, whatever turns them both on) but it will not work if i push the little clicky buttons...

What is the issue here?

I dont think so, i have tried the buttons with the switch in all positions...

If i am remebering correctly, it is left off, center door, and right on?

with it in the center, it should come on when i push either of the 2 buttons.

the individual buttons to turn on either the left or right lamps seperate from each other.

Me too. Mine actually flickered for a while and then stopped working altogether. It still functions normally when the doors open or you switch the light on.

i got a similiar problem, If I put mine in the door position, they do not go off, ever. so im stuck with not having them when i get in/out of the car in the dark. kinda annoying.

i still think it may be user error though
