Another picture to show the 1/2" part drilled. The actual O2 sensor probe just clears the 1/2" drilled hole...maybe 1/16" or 1-1.5mm on either side of it, so the limited space around the sensor also plays some part in it getting "fooled".

It looks like no space in the picture, but trust me...with 1/2" drilled...there is some space

Slo,

After complete failure trying to source in UK, Midway (US) have offered to post some to me, they worked the UPS shipping out to roughly the same figures you were given.

Hope it works, either way I will let you know.

I did...and I've gone over 2500 miles so far...and no CEL

parts arrived from Midway an hour ago, excellent service.
Have drilled them out and hope to fit later, will let you know if I have the same success as you.

It Works!! It works!!

Fitted it
Gave the car plenty of right foot treatment for about 75 miles including some WOT in lower gears. More than enough to get the CEL without the mod.

thanx man...hopefully more people will use this...its the best...IMO

NO wire cutting, SIMPLE, and EASY to turn back to stock...

for some reason i also running a t1r exhaust with testpipe just installed last week and so far no CEL goin on..been about 500 km so far...i dunno if i am lucky or not..maybe some cars just don't go off...dunno
