Mechanical O2 Simulator

Did you check and make sure that there is only one code coming up and that it is the 02 code? Or maybe your turbo'd car is just running so rich that doing this doesn't matter. Drilling it out more shouldn't fix your problem as that will just let even more exhaust to your sensor.
There is also the chance that you could have ruined the sensor previously...this obviously won't fix a bad sensor.
But if it doesn't work for you...there are always electronic simulators you can buy. Its just weird though because it works for 1000's of other people.

no I have two codes, and I know my car is running rich as bill gates, I get 170 and 172pd all the time. So if it's not the sensor do I need to lean it out a bit?

Perhaps...I'm not sure how rich you are running. But obviously in a turbo setup you want it fairly rich. Not a whole lot leaner then 11.5:1 in most cases. However, when you aren't under boost you want the same A/F you would in any N/A car.
I don't know the actual codes anymore. But think about how this "fix" actually works. Because the sensor is no longer in the direct flow of the exhaust, its not exposed to as much exhaust, only a small sampling comes through the hole which in essence equates to the same ratio of gasses when the cat is present. If your ratio is so rich that even the sampling makes it think the cat isn't there then sure that could be it. It could also be that it being so rich fouls the sensor?
I know this has worked for supercharged guys, I know this works on turbo cars because I got this from a friend with an STi, so there is something else with your car not letting it work.

Has anyone discovered a way to trick the ECU on model year 2006+ cars, given a prior poster's comments that neither the anti-foulers or the integrated Berks piece don't seem to work?
Is there any other way I can run a test pipe without getting a CEL?

On my MY06 I had to use two of them to back the O2 sensor out even farther.
I have the Berk TP

I bought a Invidia 70mm test pipe with CEL fix for my 2005. The Invidia fix did not work. I recieved a CEL within hours of installation. I added this anti-fouler method to the test pipe and so far no CEL. It's been 4 days. Thanks for the tip!

Yes. Use the pieces shown in the first post in this thread.
