They have different part numbers, but I think it'll fit.

It will fit. I have an ap1 cat installed in my '06 ap2. It bolts right in. The ap1 o2 sensor is in a slightly different location, but stock wiring still reaches.

With your '05 to '07 matchup, you won't even have that minor difference. You're good.
