hmm that its 3 individual cylinder misfire codes and one general misfires code correct? I would check the coil packs first, then wires and plugs. How many miles on the car? If it is not ignition check the fuel injectors. Ever run injector cleaner? type of gas you use? Mods? etc. would be helpful

First things first.

P0325 is a knock sensor. It's either bad, unplugged, or broken from a clutch install.

Don't even think about the other codes till you fix the knock sensor first.

Any thought on the spark gets to the coil packs?
This is Under the Hood and trust me wires may be a factor. Your new here so we'll cut you some slack! As for the "buddy" crap leave it at the door. Either shape up or go back to My Space.

That one may be the map sensor or a vacuum leak
