Default Misfire

I have misfire in my engine and already replaced the spark plugs twice with NGK's. First time they didn't work and found that the porcelain was cracked (got them offline, probably dropped)
I recently got into an accident and had the shop fix it and within 30 miles of getting it back I had a misfire. Never had one before, car is:
- yr 2000
- 72k miles
- Prior to accident it would die at stop signs
- There is really high resistance in one of the ignition coils, and high resistance in the other 3.
- Fuel is slightly lean (0.95) not too bad
- Compression's OK
- Valves have been tuned

From what it seams, I need to replace the coils:
1. Have you seen this happen before? Is this common with early s2k's and does this sound like coils is the end culprit?
2. If it is coils, which coils would you recommend?

Thanks for reading,
