how many miles on your car?
I have read a lot of threads on this forum said that bad or high mileage coils are one of the cause for this problem.
I replaced mine when the car was in the mid 10,000 miles with okada plasma direct ignition coils and now the car has 27,500 miles.
I believe most coils should be replaced around 105,000 miles when the individual changes the oem spark plugs for best result.
But my younger brother still has his original coils on his 2000 honda accord v6-ex sedan with 148,000 miles. Though, he did changed his spark plugs around 100,000 miles.
