Default Misfire and CEL on warm start

My car has started misfiring only when the engine has been turned off recently, for example at gas/petrol stations.

I took it to a garage who read the codes and it was a misfire from cylinder 1 and 3, no other faults. They flushed the oil and because they couldn't replicate the fault gave it back to me claiming it was fixed. I've since checked the spark plugs which look okay, but I will replace just in case, and replaced all the coil packs with some NGKs. The misfire doesn't happen as often now but still happens occasionally.

A certain temperature range seems to definitely be the issue as it never does it turning the engine off and immediately on again, and it never misfires from cold.

The suggestions I'm getting from facebook groups are: Valve adjustments, MAP sensor

I'm getting that NGK does not make a direct replacement coil pack for either the AP1 or AP2 engine.

"They flushed the oil." Not sure what this means?

I can't find them on that site either, but these are the ones I'm using now: NGK U5099 Ignition Coil

By flushing the oil I presumed they meant using something like Wynns engine flush. Sorry for being vague, I work away from home so had to get the car repaired by proxy by a helpful family member.

Checking valve lash is an excellent starting point. Good luck!
