Update!
So I contacted Hondata and sent the unit back in to get it checked over. It's fine.

Brought the car to a reputable shop and we went through almost everything listed once again. On top of that he checked for: voltage, continuity, compression was 205 across all cylinders, all minor vacuum leaks were sealed off, coil packs were swapped between 1 and 4, spark plugs are showing its running pretty rich( I believe that's the tune), checked pigtails and harness and finally, swapped injectors from 1 & 4. We found that it seemed to be an issue with the injector!

I contacted Five0 Motorsports who said they can warranty it. I had already purchased one and it was on its way. I came in today but is about 1/4" shorter but fits fine. Started the car and issue is still there. I can completely unplug the fuel injector connector and nothing will change.

Tomorrow I plan on moving the new injector around to see if there's something wrong with it. Also should I maybe get an aftermarket fuel rail?

I'll post a side by side picture of the injectors

Here's the pics of the old injector and new one. I actually swapped the old one out and swapped the "faulty" one with #2 and it seems to run better now. Now misfiring at idle but there's a bit during cruising. Gonna switch up for some id300/1700's and a radium fuel rail a regulator.

Sorry for your troubles. Cannot advise on whether you need a new fuel rail... but if you'd like to do one, I have an 00-05 AEM High Volume Fuel Rail (25-112BK): $100 (+ shipping depending on where you live, I'm in MA). PM me if interested.
It was drilled and tapped to 3/8" NPT at the fuel inlet location to allow the use of a Radium OEM style Fuel pulse damper. Use fuel rail's 6AN fitting at end for fuel line input and stock s2000 FPR for return fuel line.
