Missing the middle under-splashguard
Hey guys I was strolling in the gallery section and relized that my car is missing the splashguard that goes under the bumper in the middle. I have my wheel well ones on both sides. but will missing the middle one give me any issues?
thank you
thank you
Same here, I bout all the parts at Honda (via estore.honda.com) minus 3 bolts (already had the bolts for the crossmember for the radiator) and a cabin air filter for ~$100.
So ~$70 I got the splashguard, 2 push pin clips for top sides, 3 clip nuts for front airdam and 3 bolts for front airdam. There are 2 more bolts for attachment to the fender well plastic, I will get those sometime this week after work.
I was expecting twice that price. I will say this though, just looking at the plastic that is missing, and how to put it in, it looks like you will have to pull the fender well plastic to get the plastic clips up top in place. Unless the fender wells can be bent enough to get your hand and arm up there.

I think www.hondaautomotiveparts.com has it for like $35 or something.
I doubt it's going to cause major issues...but I like to keep splashguards in for street cars. Keeps all the junk out of the engine bay.

If that guard keeps debris out of my radiator, and funnels air into the radiator, I think I will keep it.
Mines been out since I put the new motor in my s2k since the clips broke. I drive on the highway and everything all the time and I havent had a single issue, and nothing is ever in my engine bay.

I don't have mine in because I never cut it to fit my intercooler piping. Hasn't caused me any trouble.
