Missing sensor, getting CEL P0411
Long story short, my car was broken into quite some time ago & my ARC intake was of the stolen items - and it was quite roughly removed from the bay. When re-installing the factory airbox I had to replace one air hose & re-connect a couple vacuum hoses. Once it's all back together, I'm left with a CEL (P0411) and a loose wire end with seemingly no sensor/sender to plug into. Can anyone ID what this is supposed to plug into / where it should go? Also, is the unplugged wire the source of my P0411 - or do I need to try playing with the vacuum wires more?
I've included one photo of the loose wire end, as well as a bay photo outlining the wire's placement (click either image to enlarge)

Final question: in researching threads about P0411, I see many people mentioning a white check valve as one of the possible nuisances. I can't seem to find any white check valve when looking over my stuff, can anyone guide me to where the check valve belongs, and what it looks like? Thanks in advance - trying to get the car sorted for passing inspection ASAP, as I'm quite behind on it

You are missing the air sensor solenoid. Its a small black unit that opens when the air pump turns on to allow vacuum to pass through it. I'm unable to see you pictures because I'm at work (woot woot overtime) but I'm almost positive thats what your issue is. Run a search for po411 on here and tons of stuff with pop up. Alot of those threads also include hose routing diagrams
Thanks for the image - that's a LOT more clear than anyone's words so far. Is that control valve something I should try to grab used, or just get it from the dealer?
Also, seeing that it plugs into my vac lines (I've obviously just bypassed it for now) is that likely the cause of my code?

your white check valve is in your second pic, far left side. It is going in the proper direction.
The vac hose goes from the white check valve to two small steel pipes on the engine. Make sure it is connected to the TOP pipe.

If they are getting it from a parts car, maybe they can cut off the electrical connector for you as well.

So I am indeed missing a male plug-in tip at the end of my wire? Ugh, what a pain.
Dealership wants $125.08 on that valve, so I'll give a WTB ad a chance for a few days. I thought it would run like $60-80 new
they also call it a bypass valve, and are indeed looking at the same diagram that I am. I appreciate the help so far, guys
