More questions about turbo's.....
Ok, first off, whats choices do i have (in turbo's) if i'm building a custom kit that is only designed to put out 100extra crank hp, but spool up fast?? Also, is there anyone who makes turbo exhaust manifolds that can be sold out of a kit?

as far as turbo's, you have Speedcraft, Ultimate Racing, I've also heard of Xerd which Pierceman is installing (i think, PM him) and
Rev hard.

Noooooo! Stay FAR, FAR away from XERD. Eyal is a complete crook and has ripped off a bunch of people, including pierceman. Lawsuits are ongoing in an attempt to recover some of the lost cash.
Xerd has criminal records. Look it up on the report files available online. It's a $5 fee or so. As for turbo kits there are many. I for one am waiting for the completion of the SPUGEN turbo which should be out this month. Spugen makes insanely good parts, high quality, and have the best service Ive ever dealt with (thanks to Ahhhvtec). Speedcraft turbo is the same as the Stage 6 turbo (both places are out of Orange Park, www.speed-craft.com and www.stage6motorsports.com). I went and visited both. Stage 6 is owned by the actual guy who created the Speed Craft turbo and he seems to have tuned it much better than Speed Craft themselves. He also offers different setups. Ultimate Racing seems to have the crowds eye at this time for such a clean kit (www.ultimateracing.com) and they are pushing the highest horse and torque, at least I think so, according to their dyno sheets. There is also another kit available from a group called Speed, I believe. Dont quiet remember what happened to the project but I havent heard anything about it for 2 months now. Rev Hard Racing (www.revhard.com) is also in the process of making a turbo and there are pictures on this site of their kit. Its much different than the other turbos because it uses a intercooler that sits inside where the stock air box would be located. I called Rev Hard the other day in California and was supprised to hear that they do not plan on releasing the kit anytime soon (this year). There are also a few other custom turbos going around and you may want to talk to Chris on the forum (CJB8). He knows much about turbo's since he has been in the process of building his engines internals and dealing with Mike Simon. Well either way good luck. But my opinion for you would be to wait to see Spugen's turbo. Its giong to be priced at $5,500 with exhaust and all necessary hardware. Good luck.
