Default More torque?

OK, sorry guys, but this is another "newbie" question. How can I get more torque and or what's the easiest way to get more torque? I've tried the search engine and read thru some threads, but nothing is jumping out at me. Probably because I have no understanding of the matter, only WANT MORE TORQUE!

One is to install the Mugen headers........the other is to put your foot to the literal floor! I found more torque that way!(actually both ways.) Plus this isnt a torque kind of car. It pulls the whole way through the RPM band unlike many other cars.

I dont know how obvious this is to some people.. but you have to drive the car differently for performance, to get the performance you want, you should be driving between 4-6000 rpms constantly so you are always ont he virge of power. Sucks for gas milage but what can ya do.. gotta have a fast car!

Also nitrous helps out alot below VTEC (for launching) .. the car just shoot forward and there is no lag whatsoever below VTEC.
