Default mugen headers and check engine light

i just got my mugen headers installed and the check engine light came on, at first i didn't think it was a big deal since the person who installed it forgot to plug the o2 sensor before turning on the car, anyhow after it was fixed and days later i reset the ecm, turned on the car, and it came on again has anyone had similar problems? is it leaking? do i need to unplug the battery?

hmmm... thats weird. all i can think of is maybe somehow they broke the 02sensor (could also be loose)??? other than that i dont believe that there is anything else that could cause the cel to come on with just a header install.

Hmmm... I've never heard of this problem. Have you tried resetting the ECU again? Maybe the 2nd time is a charm.

Probably wasn't "dirty" most likely the connection was loose. That connector is a bitch!
