Whats the milage on the car?
I have seen a few around 100k wear out their valve guides and then damage the valve seats... but that seems more common on the exhaust side.
just to make sure, your car is an ap2 right?

you might have moisture on your gas tank as i have experienced it last week coz i wasnt using it for 2 months, brought it to honda they told me that if you store the car espcially during cold times, syou should have a full tank of gas to prevent moisture, so as the tank will be entirely covered with gas... use fuel injector cleaner to eliminate moisture and add a bit of octane, thats what they told me... it works!
