MY 2007 Test Pipe?

update on my T1R 70mm Testpipe on 08 with 2 defoulders
Went 300 miles, got a CEL
cleared ECU, went 30 miles, got a CEL
Stuffed 2nd defoulder (closest to testpipe) full of steel wool, so far no CEL (230 miles and counting, *knocks on wood*)

I'm interested in getting a test pipe for MY 2007 this spring when I pull my car out of storage. On the berktechnology site it states that 06-07 S2000 with drive by wire have high incidents of CEL. Are there any test pipes that will not give a CEL?
