Before you yell at me, all I did was start the car (to move it into the garage) with my VAFC unit unplugged on accident. I unplugged it to mount it in my radio door and forgot to plug it back in before starting it. The car idled real bad and I shut it off right away when I realized what was going on. The engine was only on for 10 secs or so. Can I clear this, or is it possible that in those 10 seconds I messed up something.

 

clear and if it comes back than just get it scanned.

 

you can't just disconnect the VAFC, the car was probably getting no map signal. Reconnect the VAFC, clear your code, and go on about your business, no harm was likely done.
