Default Is my timing correct?

My car wont start, is my timing correct?

In my opinion the exhaust looks a tooth off... but not entirely sure.

Thanks everyone
Keith

Looks 1 tooth out to me. I thought about crank marks but the cams look out relative to the idler gear mars ( which are perfectly lined up). When I do these I move the exhaust back ank forth a tooth to find the "best".

Thank you, just need confirmation haha, after i adjust the camshaft, a should i adjust the valves again? I already did the valve adjustment before (took 3hrs to get perfect). I wont be touching the rocker.arm adjustng screws, so they shouldnt change?

That is correct alignment. With the cam gears line to line (as in photo) go do you valve adjustments.
Note: If you are not backing off the adjusment screws be EXTREMELY careful on the cam cap torque sequence. If you crack a cap you will need to replace them all....which is more invasive.

P.S. It will be easier as you know now what you are doing.
