I've read a lot of past posts regarding this but I seem to be getting mixed answers about this and I'm getting confused, so here it goes:

Will the comptech CAI fit a MY04 S or not?

Also, I live around Orange County CA area and I was wondering where it would be a good place to buy one and install it. I know Spugen is like 20 mins from where I live...

 

It will, the only problem is the horn. Comptech sells a bracket for $8 that relocates it, it comes with the 04 intake kit.

I just put the intake on my car.

 

CompTech has a new part number for the MY04 CAI. It will be up on our site in the next few hours. www.ricks2k.com.

As for installation, it is very easy to install if you can use a screw driver and a wrench.

 

^ yup, the difference is the horn bracket. (The MY 04 horns are larger and don't fit where they used to have you relocate the 00-03 horns to)
