Thumbs up MY06 Short block in a AP1

As far as I know the MY06 model came with more sensors and DBW throttle body.

If I am using my stock TB and my sensors if possible to swap an MY06 short block and head into MY02 S2000 without making to many modification and using an AP2 MY05 ECU?

Thanks

Why not keep the F20C head? Are you going to use your MY02 ECU and rev to 9k? If so, wouldn't you be better off with the F20C cams?

The cam sensors and crank sensors are different, and the cylinder head doesn't have air injection ports machined.

Thanks Slow

But is possible then to use an MY04-MY05 short block without problems with AP1 head I suppose

I am going to keep the AP1, I think it is not in good condition. Regarding the ECU I will use an AP2 ECU, it does not make sense stressing the engine for an extra 700 rpms.

The fuel line mounts slightly different from the AP2, otherwise it's the same on the outside.
