Mystery CEL - no code displays
I had some valve work done to repair bent valves. Didn't go to a dealer because they wanted nearly $2k for the work. Went to a shop that seems to be really good but now they can't resolve the check engine light being on. When they connect the OBDII computer, there is no error code. They've had it in 3 times (at no charge to me) but have had no luck. The most recent time they replaced the VTEC oil pressure sensor thinking that may be the issue. They have been really good about trying to figure this thing out but they are stumped.
Any of you seen this before or have any ideas about where else to look?
All help is greatly appreciated.

Update! Well I ended up buying a OBD reader - $100 at Kragen. Couldn't get AutoZone or anyone else to loan one. So...
I pulled a code, P0411 "Secondary Air Injection Incorrect Upstream Flow Detected"
Any idea what that is? Thanks!
Hey Spider - yea I'm alive and well just freakin busy. I'll make a gathering soon.

There's about 3 pages of procedure. Since the head was just off your car, I'd wager that they got a couple of hoses switched or wires hooked up wrong. It may be a pain in the butt to find, but should be easy and cheap to correct once you find it.

I've looked a little further. The first thing I'd check is the two vacuum hoses to the Air Control Solenoid Valve. Because it has two hose connections, it would be easy to inadvertently reverse them.
According to the diagram I'm looking at, the hose connected to the bottom connector should go down to the Air Control Valve Vacuum Tank, a rectangular box. The upper hose should go towards the rear of the car, to the round Air Control Valve. Probably the easiest way would be to start at the round Air Control Valve at the rear of the engine, kind of between the intake manifold and the valve cover. It only has one hose, so you could trace that hose forward to the solenoid valve.
Keep in mind that I wrote these descriptions from the diagram in the manual without looking at the car.
