i just got an alpine mp3 player for my car and i was just wondering how to take out the radio and all that, i am verry familiar with swaping radio's (ive done it with all my other cars) but i just dont want to "test" things. Also is there a harness avaliable for our cas or is it the same as lets say the 2002 in general...any shortcuts...any cautions...suggestions please tell me i would really appreciate it...thanks.


BTW- I will also be intalling an amp and a sub in the back just in case.

 

its pretty straightforward. the only thing that you might be puzzeled by is the door itself. to remove it, just pull pull pull. it will come out: bottom will pop out first then the top portion will come out. the rest is a few phillips head screws and the attatchments in the rear.

btw, lots of discussions on this already in the 'electronics section'. not really much radio discussions 'under the hood'. =)
